THE MIDNIGHT POST - SINGLE-VENUE LICENCE
Version: 2026-09-26

This licence accompanies an authorized purchase of The Midnight Post event from Milestone Teachers. A preview or sample alone does not grant the full venue licence.

WHO MAY USE IT
The purchasing organization may use the supplied event at one physical library branch, community centre or other named venue. Staff and volunteers working for that venue may facilitate it. One branch is one venue, even when the purchaser operates a larger network.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
You may run this fixed event repeatedly at the licensed venue, including free, ticketed and fundraising events. You may print enough player sheets for your participants, display the event on your venue's devices, and adapt the supplied invitation text and poster for your own events. You may retain your downloaded files and continue these permitted uses without a subscription or automatic renewal.

ADAPTATION
You may adapt player instructions, vocabulary and facilitator notes for the needs of your own participants. Keep an original copy and recheck answers after changes. Milestone Teachers cannot verify adaptations made by a venue. Preserve the small Milestone Teachers credit on the supplied materials; you may add your venue branding.

SHARING LIMITS
You may distribute the completed promotional poster publicly to advertise your event. Give printed player sheets to participants during the event. Keep the complete digital event, editable story source, host guide and answer key within the licensed venue's staff/volunteer team. Do not upload these complete files to a public website, resell them, share them with other branches, or grant another organization a licence. A separate venue needs its own licence.

SCOPE
This purchase supplies digital files and permission to run the activity. Printing, equipment, staffing, supervision, venue arrangements and event promotion are the purchaser's responsibility. It is one fixed mystery, not a subscription, a hosted facilitator service, or a promise of future events or updates. A downloadable file is not an accessibility certification or a guarantee that every participant will find the same difficulty level.
