From purchase to a useful next step
Choose access
Choose one educator or one school. Review the current collection, privacy notice and access terms before paying. The purchase page confirms payment and gives you your access code.
Activate your workspace
Open 1080 access, sign in with the Google account you will use as an educator and enter your code. Your 365 days start at first redemption. The checkout email can differ from your educator account; the code connects the purchase to the account you choose.
Create a learning check
Choose the focus and learner aliases in your workspace. Review access needs before sharing private links. Learners respond in their browser. A pathway allowance is used when you create a learner session; returning to that same session does not use another.
Use the evidence
Read the actual responses alongside their conditions and your own observations. Choose a question or support to explore, then check a fresh example after teaching. Export profiles as text, JSON, print or ZIP. You control deletion from the workspace.
Choose your access
One payment for a year of educator-controlled learning checks. Choose the option that fits your setting.

Current collection
The current collection has 210 items across 63 sampled skills: 117 math (30 early, 54 middle, 33 secondary) and 93 literacy (30 early, 33 middle, 30 secondary). It samples selected skills, not a complete program for any grade.
Educational scope
Scope and limits. No norms, IQ scores, diagnoses or high-stakes placement decisions. It has not been validated; item review and learner studies are still needed. Current content samples selected skills across three broad bands; it is not a complete K–12 assessment battery. Session timing has not been established through learner trials.
Before you begin
What happens after I buy?
Buy access, sign in to your adult account and redeem your purchase code. Your 365 days of access begin when the code is first redeemed. You then choose a collection, create learner aliases and share each learner’s private link. Your checkout email and educator Google account can be different; redeem the code only in the account you intend to use.
Which option do I need?
Educator access is CAD 149 for one named educator or tutor and 40 learner pathway starts. School access is CAD 990 for up to 8 named educators at one school campus, sharing 240 pathway starts. Both last 365 days from first activation. A tutoring agency needs its own team arrangement; the school option is not an agency licence.
What uses a learner pathway?
Creating one learner session uses one pathway allowance. A combined session still counts as one. Returning to that same session does not use another allowance. A group can contain up to 30 learners, each with a private link and one pathway. The allowance is shared across the school option’s educators.
What is in the current collection?
210 items across 63 sampled skills: 117 math (30 early, 54 middle, 33 secondary) and 93 literacy (30 early, 33 middle, 30 secondary). The guide lists the current collections, sampled skills and boundaries. These are broad starting bands, not grade placements or a complete curriculum. Tasks are in English.
Can I try a sample before buying?
Yes. Open a sample report without an account to inspect the response evidence, support review and family summary. Sample data is not a real student record.
What if it does not suit me?
Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing admin@milestoneteachers.ca from your checkout email. New-session access ends when refunded. Existing reports remain readable and exportable for 30 days after access ends, subject to the privacy notice’s retention and deletion rules.
Read the refund and access terms
Does it renew automatically?
One-time payment. Nothing renews or charges automatically. Access and unused pathway allowances end 365 days after first activation. Existing reports have a 30-day read-and-export window after access ends, subject to retention and any earlier deletion you request.
Who can use it, and where is data stored?
Adults control the workspace. Independent tutor and parent use is for learners aged 13+. Younger learners can participate through an authorized school arrangement. Data is stored in the United States; Nova Scotia public schools are excluded under the current hosting arrangement. Read the notice and follow your institution’s permission requirements before using it with learners.
Read privacy and data handling
What device and time do learners need?
Learners open private links in a browser with an internet connection. They do not need a learner account. Use the sample on the intended device before a session, and check the task instructions and access needs. Session timing has not yet been established through learner trials; allow breaks and follow the learner’s needs.
What can I export?
The workspace exports portable profiles as text, JSON, a print view or a ZIP of separate profiles. Review content before sharing it with a family or copying it into approved school records. External records are reviewed manually; there is no automatic LMS import.
What are the educational limits?
1080 is a research edition for low-stakes teaching and tutoring conversations. It has not been validated and provides no norms, IQ scores, grade equivalents, diagnoses or high-stakes placement recommendations. Thinking-task responses are observations within a task, not learner traits. Review every suggestion alongside classroom work, learner explanations and professional judgment.
