1080 Learner access terms
These terms cover current 1080 Learner access bought through Milestone Teachers. They describe the product scope, activation, refund and data-handling links for the access products below.
Access options

What you receive
Educator access is for one named educator or tutor and includes 40 learner pathway starts. School access is for one school campus and up to 8 named educators, sharing 240 learner pathway starts. A pathway start is consumed when an educator creates a learner session; resuming that session does not consume another start.
Term and activation
This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. The 365-day access term starts when the first adult redeems the included access code. For school access, all included educators share that same term.
Getting access
After payment, the purchaser receives a confirmation and can find the included code in My purchases. An adult redeems the code at 1080 Learner access before creating learner sessions. Access codes and workspace accounts are for authorized adult users only.
Refunds and after access
Request a full refund by email within 30 days of purchase. Refunded access ends when the refund is processed. Existing reports remain readable and exportable for 30 days after access ends, subject to applicable retention requirements or earlier deletion. Do not keep learner-identifying information in exports longer than your organization permits.
Educational use and privacy
1080 Learner supports educator observation and planning. It is not a diagnosis and does not provide norms, percentiles, grade equivalents, or IQ. Adults are responsible for using aliases or other privacy-protective identifiers and for obtaining any permissions their setting requires.
