Milestone Pass licence terms

What you buy
A Milestone Pass is one payment for 12 months of access from the confirmed payment date. It does not renew automatically. Every Milestone Reading Skills unit, the Reading Skills Check with its Google Sheets planner and the Mystery Picture games, plus new reading units and tools released during your 12 months. The current CAD price and total charged appear in Stripe Checkout before you pay. No particular future release or date is promised.
Who may use the files
Milestone Pass - Teacher covers one teacher's own classrooms. Milestone Pass - School building covers grades 3–5 teachers working in one school building. These Pass terms govern a Pass purchase; one-teacher wording printed inside a unit PDF describes a separate Teachers Pay Teachers purchase and does not narrow a school building Pass. You may print student pages and assign the included Google Sheets activities to students within your licensed scope. You may not resell, post the source files publicly, or distribute them to other teachers or buildings outside that scope.
Access and delivery
After Stripe confirms payment, we email a receipt with a private confirmation link. Anyone who holds that link may reopen the download page during the pass term, so keep it private. Individual file links expire after two minutes and can be refreshed from the confirmation page. The games and planner use Google Sheets make-a-copy links and require a Google account. Contact admin@milestoneteachers.ca if a file or receipt is missing.
Refunds and disputes
Email admin@milestoneteachers.ca to request help or a refund. Requests are handled under applicable law and the purchase facts; these terms do not limit statutory rights. If any amount is refunded, including a partial refund, pass access ends. A payment dispute also suspends access while it is reviewed; a won dispute does not automatically restore access, so contact us for a manual review.
Purchase data
Stripe processes the payment. Milestone Teachers keeps the buyer email, Stripe transaction identifiers, amount, offer, status, accepted terms version and delivery record to fulfil the pass and support the purchase. Unpaid pending orders are deleted after 30 days. Completed transaction records are kept for seven years after the latest payment, refund or dispute activity, unless a longer legal hold applies. Email admin@milestoneteachers.ca to request access, correction or deletion; required accounting records may need to be retained. Do not send student information in a purchase or support request.
