Resource purchase terms
What you purchase
A one-time purchase of the resource named on the product page. Prices show their currency; the amount shown in Stripe Checkout is the amount you agree to pay. A resource purchase is not a subscription or a Milestone Pass.
Your licence
Use the resource within the educator or school licence stated in its product description and included files. A school licence applies only to the named scope of that product. You may print and assign student activities within that scope. You may not resell the files, share them with educators outside the licensed scope, or post the source files publicly. Existing purchasers retain the licence supplied with their purchase.
Downloads
After Stripe confirms payment, your private download page provides the included files. A confirmation email links back to that page. Keep that email private. Downloads are available for 12 months after purchase; files downloaded during that period remain licensed for use within your purchased scope. Save a backup. Contact us if delivery fails.
Help with an order
For a missing file, duplicate purchase, incorrect charge or a resource that does not match its description, email admin@milestoneteachers.ca with your order reference. We will investigate and arrange a correction or refund where appropriate. A refunded or disputed order may lose download access. These terms do not limit any rights that apply to your purchase.
Payment and privacy
Stripe processes your payment details. Milestone keeps the order reference, purchased resource, payment status and email needed to deliver and support the purchase. A purchase does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not include student information in an order or support request. Classroom records are not needed to buy a resource.
