Four Manitoba Grades 1–8 resources in one download, built for the provincial report card: an 18-page Evidence Organizer that follows the report card's subject categories, a 14-page Learning Skills Tracker for the C, U, S and R ratings, 588 subject comments in a 60-page PDF with copy-ready TXT and searchable Excel, and 110 Learning Skills comments in a 9-page PDF with editable Word and searchable Excel. Record what you observe, rate from the evidence, then adapt a comment to the student you know. The comments give strengths and next steps; you name each student's key challenge from your evidence, with stems included.
